二十屆智慧鐵人創意競賽決賽17日於世新大學舉行，而本次的主軸任務中有五個社會議題讓小鐵人們選擇一題並進行發揮。本次的主軸任務分別為「2019及2021年蘇丹政變」、「2020年美國黑人喬治∙佛洛伊德之死」、「2021年英國脫歐」、「2022年晶片戰爭」、「2023年法國養老金改革」，五項國際事件考驗小鐵人們如何用作品呈現對國際社會議題的想法以及未來展望。
The final of the 20th Ironman Creative Competition was held at Shih Hsin University on the 17th, and there were five social issues for the young ironmen to choose from in the main task. The main tasks of the contest were “The Sudanese coup in 2019 and 2021”, “The Death of George Floyd in 2020”, “Brexit in 2021”, “The Chip War in 2022”, and “Pension Reform in France in 2023”. The five international events tested how the young ironmans could present their thoughts on international social issues and their outlook on the future with their artwork.
本次的主軸任務分成兩個部分，一是展示牆的創意設計，二為小鐵人們需用自己的想像力以及創造力進行表演。而評分內容著重在演示這些議題會帶給其他地區什麼影響、未來這些議題會有什麼樣的衝擊與想像，而其他評分項目也包含團隊的合作表現、表演內容的完整性以及表達方式的創意。此外總計畫主持人劉格非教授在主軸任務說明會時強調，題目中指的未來不可以與現在距離太遙遠，我們無法預期百年後世界會變得如何，因此最好的時間範圍是在十至二十年之後。此外也期許小鐵人們能帶給評審不同的驚喜。

The main task was divided into two parts, one was the creative design of the display wall, and the other was the performance of the young ironmen who had to use their own imagination and creativity. The scoring was based on the demonstration of the impact of these issues on other regions, the impact and imagination of these issues in the future, as well as the teamwork, completeness of the performance, and creativity of the presentation. In addition, Prof. Liu Gefei, the master planner, emphasized in the presentation that the future of the topic should not be too far away from the present, and that it is impossible to predict how the world will be in a hundred years’ time, so the best timeframe is ten to twenty years from now. We also hope that the young railroaders will bring different surprises to the judges.
獲得訊連科技獎的國內隊伍《星期七天氣晴我carry你》所選的主題為「2022年晶片戰爭」。他們表示在決賽之前，其中一位成員有提前看過有關晶片戰爭的相關書籍，因此對於事件的了解有一定程度，故選此題作為本次競賽的主題。
The theme chosen by the Mainland team “I Carry You on Seventh Day of the Week”, which won the CyberLink Award, was “Chip War in 2022”. They said that before the final, one of their members had read a book about the Chip War in advance, so they had a certain level of understanding of the event, and therefore chose this topic as the theme for this competition.
在本次的設計概念中，《星期七天氣晴我carry你》在展示牆加入了動態的元素，以乒乓球代表不同國家在全球晶片體系相互合作的型態，別具創新以及創意。此外他們在表演區上設計了賽馬概念的裝置，反映「2022年晶片戰爭」事件各國的現況以及局勢，而最終的彩蛋是他們透過台積電設計的晶片製成一座時光機並回到過去，改變晶片戰爭的窘境，並期許未來晶片生產狀態能是各國互相合作，創造一個共榮且共好的地球村。
In this design concept, “3unday,3un day,I carry you” adds dynamic elements to the display wall, using ping pong balls to represent the cooperation between different countries in the global chip system, which is innovative and creative. In addition, they have designed a horse race concept in the performance area to reflect the current situation of each country in the “2022 Chip War” event. The final egg is that they have created a time machine through TSMC’s chip design and went back to the past to change the dilemma of the Chip War, and hope that in the future, the state of chip production is a state of mutual cooperation among all countries, creating a global village of mutual prosperity and goodwill.
另一隊國內隊伍《水豚君愛喝豆漿》除了拿下國內一般組季軍外，同時也獲得了國際組季軍的名次。而他們決賽的主軸任務選擇的是「2023年法國養老金改革」。他們認為雖然這個議題看似很小，只發生在法國，但由於全球化的影響，此議題很有可能會影響勞動力分布，對他們來說這個議題較其他主題好發揮，故選用「2023年法國養老金改革」。而《水豚君愛喝豆漿》的創作理念，則是期許未來的政策可以將養老金活用在醫療以及教育等等面向，使養老金達到促進生產力的作用，並使國家有新氣象，形成一個好的循環。
The other domestic team, “Capylikessoymilkra”, not only won the third place in the domestic general category, but also the third place in the international category. They chose “French Pension Reform in 2023” as their main task for the final. They thought that although this topic seems to be very small and it only happens in France, due to globalization, this topic is likely to affect the distribution of labor force, and it is better than other topics for them, so they chose “Pension Reform in France in 2023”. The concept of “The Dolphin Loves Soymilk” is to hope that the future policy can utilize the pension in healthcare and education, so that the pension can achieve the function of boosting productivity, and make the country have a new atmosphere, forming a good cycle.
由於《水豚君愛喝豆漿》在一開始著重製作主軸任務，即使闖關了分數也不是很理想，因此得到的積分不多，得來的積分無法負擔龐大的道具支出。此外在人力上，他們只有五個人，但他們設計的角色和劇本都複雜很多、道具也非常豐富，每個人在排演中都使出分身乏術。雖然他們在籌備時期遇到了人力以及財務上的困難，但他們也表示到後來有慢慢克服，並找到自己的定位，再加上複賽的經驗，使他們還是突破了重重難關，最終奪下亮眼的成績。（記者黃子宜、楊采璇/台北採訪報導）
Since the production of “Capylikessoymilkra”focused on the main task at the beginning, the score was not very good even when the level was finished, so they did not get many points, and the points they got could not afford the huge expenses on props. In addition, they only had five people, but the characters and scripts they designed were so complex and the props were so abundant that each person had a lot to do during the rehearsal. Although they encountered manpower and financial difficulties during the preparation period, they said that they gradually overcame them and found their own positioning. Coupled with the experience of the competition, they were able to break through the difficulties and finally won a brilliant result.
