帛琉隊伍《PHS SPIDERS》強勢襲台！因為來自台灣的交換教師，讓位於西太平洋的他們認識了智鐵競賽，因此透過學校面試，組成帛琉隊前來參賽。身為帛琉的首支隊伍，他們這次的目標就是盡自己所有的可能，並且玩的開心。
The Palau team PHS SPIDERS is attacking Taiwan! Because the exchange teachers from Taiwan gave them acquaintance with the IICC. So through the school interview, they formed the first team in Palau to participate in the competition. As Palau’s first team, their goal this time is to do their best and have fun.

《PHS SPIDERS》表示，在主軸任務與關卡當中，主軸雖然比重更大，但是如果不闖關就賺不到金錢，便也沒有辦法更好的完成主軸任務。關卡當中，他們覺得最有趣的是「衝浪大師」，在第一部分中他們需要利用水管將乒乓球傳給隊友，並且丟進箱子裡，由於吹水管的聲音讓他們覺得很有趣，所以整個闖關過程他們時不時不約而同的一起大笑起來，一旁的關主也常常被他們的歡笑聲感染。第一次參加智慧鐵人創意競賽的他們其實有些緊張，面對各種新奇的事物一方面感到興奮，一方面感到疲倦，尤其當主軸、闖關、睡覺、吃飯以及盡情玩樂需要一起進行時，又更讓他們感到慌張。《PHS SPIDERS》也說道，因為帛琉其實是一個小國家，看到比賽現場有這麼多大國派出的隊伍有讓他們被嚇到。在每一個關卡當中都可以看見隊員們笑容滿面，活潑的他們常以歡樂的方式面對眼前的難題，在他們待過的各個教室常常可以聽到歡笑聲此起彼落。
PHS SPIDERS said that although the main project has a larger proportion among the main project and task, but if you do not pass the task, you will not be able to earn money, and there is no way to better complete the main project. Among the tasks, they found the most interesting one was “Surfing Master”. In the first part, they needed to use the water pipe to pass the ping pong ball to their teammates and throw it into the box. Because the sound of blowing the water pipe made them feel very interesting. During the process, they laughed together at the same time many time, and the game master on the side was often infected by their laughter. They were actually a little nervous when they participated in the IICC for the first time. They were excited and tired when facing all kinds of novel things, especially when the main project, breaking through the tasks, sleeping, eating and having fun needed to be done together. Make them feel intimidated. PHS SPIDERS also said that because Palau is actually a small country, they were shocked to see so many teams from big countries at the competition. In every task, PHS SPIDERS can be seen smiling. They are lively and often face the problems in front of them in a joyful way. In the classrooms they have stayed in, laughter can often be heard one after another.
透過面試組成的《PHS SPIDERS》年紀個個不同，不過他們並沒有因此受影響，每一個關卡以及每一次主軸彩排，都可以看到他們認真努力的身影，希望第一次來參賽的他們，也能從智慧鐵人創意競賽中帶走許多美好快樂的回憶。（記者呂姵潔、江孟紓/採訪報導）
The PHS SPIDERS formed through interviews are of different ages, but they have not been affected by this. You can see their hard work in every task and every main project rehearsal.
