第21屆智慧鐵人創意競賽體其關卡「虎克的預言」，以易經的元素打造虎克祭司的房間。小隊在本關需要先透過解數學題目得到核苷酸代碼；另外，小隊員需要在水晶之鏡的兩側，透過水晶之鏡中的裝置看到鏡中的圖片。此時水晶之鏡兩側的隊員互不知道彼此看到的圖片樣式，需要小隊員間透過圖像敘述的方式，得知彼此看到的圖像後，拼湊出圖中的卜卦內容。最後，以核苷酸線香呈現最終的卜卦內容。
In the 21st IICC, the challenge ” Hooke’s divination ” was designed using elements of the I Ching to create the room of the Hooke Priest. In this challenge, teams first need to solve math problems to obtain nucleotide codes. Additionally, team members on either side of the Crystal Mirror must view images through the device within the mirror. At this point, the team members on either side are unaware of what the other is seeing, requiring them to describe the images to each other to piece together the divination content within the images. Finally, they must present the final divination result using nucleotide incense sticks.
關主劉正誠提到，本關是「主測溝通；副測體其」的關卡。因為在水晶之鏡兩端的小隊員們是看不到彼此眼中所看到的圖像，且圖像多為顯微鏡圖。因此小隊員需要透過較具體的描述，或是彼此間擁有良好的默契，才能理解所指圖片為何。此外，劉正誠也表示，在祭司的房間一端觀看水晶之鏡的隊員需要以趴著的姿勢在狹小的空間內與隊員溝通並試圖解出卜卦內容，且關卡限制一但進入祭司的房間後，就不能再離開。許多小隊為了有效分配人力，通常會讓兩名隊員在祭司的房間內待滿40分鐘，也因此許多小隊員在闖關結束後紛紛哀嚎。
Challenge master 劉正誠 mentioned that this challenge primarily tests communication, with a secondary focus on physical endurance. Since the team members on either side of the Crystal Mirror cannot see the images in each other’s view, and because the images are mostly microscopic, team members must use precise descriptions or rely on strong mutual understanding to identify the images. Furthermore, 劉正誠 noted that the team member viewing the Crystal Mirror from the priest’s room must lie prone in a confined space while communicating with teammates and attempting to decipher the divination content. Once in the priest’s room, they cannot leave. Many teams allocate two members to stay in the priest’s room for the full 40 minutes, leading to widespread groaning and complaints after the challenge is over.

來自內壢高中的《草莓西瓜王》以滿分的成績拿下本關。起初，在解數學題目時因為數學能力不夠好，因此他們遇到闖關瓶頸。但在隊員居怡行的努力不懈下，他們將所有可能的條件列出，共同討論解題過程，最終找出正確答案，順利破關。隊員謝廷承也提到，一開始在水晶之鏡闖關時也因為溝通不良，造成遲遲無法破解卜卦內容的狀況發生。但在彼此冷靜，並開始適應關卡的挑戰後，多年來培養的好默契帶領他們逐漸步上軌道。
The team “King of strawberry watermelon” from Nei-li High School earned a perfect score on this challenge. Initially, they encountered a bottleneck while solving the math problems due to their limited math skills. However, through the relentless efforts of team member 居怡行, they listed all possible conditions, discussed the problem-solving process together, and ultimately found the correct answer, successfully completing the challenge. Team member 謝廷承 also mentioned that their initial poor communication during the Crystal Mirror challenge led to delays in deciphering the divination content. However, after calming down and adjusting to the challenge, the strong rapport they had built over the years helped them get back on track.
此外，謝廷承也表示，本關非常需要夥伴間良好的溝通能力。不論是水晶之鏡兩端間的溝通，或是水晶之鏡方與解題方討論卜卦內容時。只要一不小心，就會演變成人多嘴雜的情景，因此隊長適時的調整隊內氣氛及闖關進度，對他們來說是在這關能拿下高分的重要關鍵。
In addition, 謝廷承 emphasized the critical need for effective communication among team members in this challenge. Whether it was communication between the two sides of the Crystal Mirror or discussions between the Crystal Mirror team and the problem-solving team regarding the divination content, a single misstep could lead to chaotic situations. Therefore, the team captain’s timely adjustment of the team’s atmosphere and progress was a key factor in their ability to score highly in this challenge.

IICC requires not only creativity, courage, and wisdom from the teams but also a spirit of perseverance and an unwillingness to admit defeat. Through encouraging each other and offering mutual support in the face of difficulties, teams can march together toward the path of victory.
