開幕典禮的隊呼表演中，四位活潑可愛的女孩穿著鯊魚人偶裝，在台上跟著當紅的英文童謠〈Baby Shark〉跳著可愛的舞蹈，俏皮的模樣吸引了台下所有人的目光，她們是來自韓國的參賽隊伍《Vibranium》。
At the Team Jubilation performance of the final of the opening ceremony, there were four energetic girls who wearing shark costumes. They danced with the hot children’s song “Baby Shark”. The adorable jubilation performance perked up the atmosphere immediately. They are team Vibranium which came from South Korea.

隊名《Vibranium》的發想來自漫威影業賣座的系列電影《復仇者聯盟》，是電影裡一種重要的虛構金屬。韓國隊表示，用Vibranium作為隊名，除了想要透過這個和鋼鐵人有關的元素來呼應智慧鐵人的比賽名稱外，同時也期許自己能夠成為這場比賽中不容忽視的重要隊伍。
The team name Vibranium was from the movie Avengers. It’s a fictional metal which was crucial in the movie. Team Korea said that they chose Vibranium as their team name because it had related to the name of IICC, also wished that they would be a team which couldn’t be ignored in this competition.

《Vibranium》表示，隊伍中的四位成員不僅來自不同學校，學習的科目也不盡相同，但她們一起組隊參加智慧鐵人競賽，是因為對這項國際競賽抱有高度興趣與熱忱，她們期許自己能在比賽中展現創造力，也強調活力與創造力是整個團隊的組成關鍵。
The members of Vibranium came from different schools, and also studied in different major. But the reason that they grouped to join IICC was that they were all interested in this competition. Additionally, they wanted to show their creativity in the contest. They said that the activity and creativity were the essential components of their team.

初次參賽的《Vibranium》透露，有些成員在學校並沒有學習自然相關科目，因此她們擔心學術成分偏重的關卡將阻礙她們得分，不過部份成員較擅長體能相關的關卡，她們希望能從自然以外的關卡來爭取獲得高分的機會。對初次參賽的她們來說，最終能否獲獎其實不重要，關鍵是能從競賽中激勵自我，並留下美好的回憶。
This was the first time that Vibranium came to Taiwan to join IICC. They said that some of the members didn’t learn the subject of science in the school. They worried that those tasks which included more academic questions would be an obstacle in the contest. To get higher scores, they might choose the tasks besides science field. Vibranium said, “Our team goal is to build experience rather to win the competition, so we will make good memory.”

儘管所有隊員過去沒有任何參賽經驗，《Vibranium》仍堅定地期許隊伍能透過比賽挑戰自我，提升自己的創造力，並結交來自不同文化背景的朋友，她們也表示，賽後若有充裕時間，希望能到臺灣其他地方走走，探訪更多美景，而經過這次比賽，她們也增添了許多美好回憶，並體驗了不同的文化風情。(記者劉潔謙、林于暄／屏東採訪報導）
Although none of the members had join IICC before, Vibranium still believe that everyone could promote their creativity and challenge themselves. Also make some friends from other countries. The Korea team said that they would like to go sightseeing if they had enough time after the competition.
