智慧鐵人創意競賽國際邀請賽邁入第十四屆，今年韓國隊由六個女孩組成的《TMI (Too Much Intelligence)》，在決賽一開始便用大家耳熟能詳的Kpop歌曲贏得創意隊呼獎，可說是為團隊帶來一個好兆頭。
The 14th IICC International Invitational Tournament begins.The South Korean team《TMI (Too Much Intelligence)》, composed of six girls, has won the Creative Jubilating Awards by dancing a well-known Kpop song. And the flying start is considered to be a good sign for the team.
第一次參賽隊員Cherynne Kim表示，她在去年聽說智慧鐵人創意競賽是一個非常有趣的比賽，所以決定今年參賽，並且期望能夠學習新技巧以及認識新朋友，認為跳脫舒適圈做一些新鮮事會非常有趣。
The team member, Cherynne Kim, who participated first time said, “ I’ve heard that IICC is what really interesting last year so i decided to participate this year and i am expecting like learning new skills, and like meeting new people, and i’ve doing something out of my comfort zone, and that will be really interesting.”
隊員中半數有參賽經驗，他們強調在72小時不間斷的競賽中，除了闖關及完成主軸任務，時間的掌握也相當重要，因此他們也特別在賽前做足準備，迎接關卡。
Half of the members had joined the competition before, they stressed that in the 72-hour non-stop competition, in addition to the tasks and the main project, the ability to manage time was most important, so they mad a lots of preparations for the game.
提及賽前準備，《TMI》隊員Eunjoo Jeon說明，在這次的團隊練習中，他們模擬去年的比賽項目並作出修正，也涉略許多日常生活知識，為了準備挑戰關卡與測驗。
Mentioning the preparation, Eunjoo Jeon said “in our group practice this competition, and then we have actually revise what we have done last year, to in order to prepare ourselves, and we’ve looked at some of the common knowledges, in order to prepare ourselves for challenging tasks and quizzes.”
認識多年的他們早已培養出好默契，而在高度強調團隊分工與溝通技巧的智慧鐵人，過程中除了需要時時刻刻理解對方的想法與尊重彼此，避免在溝通上產生摩擦，才能創造佳績。
《TMI》is a team with great chemistry because of the six team members have known each other for many years. In order to win in the IICC that emphasizes the division of labor and communication skills. The team need to understand and respect each other , and avoid friction in communication in the course of the game.
分享培養默契的技巧，Eunjoo Jeonwe 說，在溝通的過程中他們沒有過爭吵，因為他們都認識對方幾年了，了解彼此的個性，相處上不會隱藏情緒，會大方分享想法，同時也會尊重彼此。
Eunjoo Jeonwe added, “ so far, we didn’t have any argument because we have known each other for quite a few years. to express our opinions without hiding our emotions and through communicating and respecting each other.”
參加比賽挑戰自己，不僅能夠累積經驗與更是體驗不同文化的好機會，他們說會在賽後想走訪夜市，感受台北的城市魅力，期待留下不一樣的回憶。
Participate in the competition and challenge yourself, not only to accumulate experience but also to experience different cultures.
